What does the free trial include?
14 days of both Aleph Safe and Aleph Control, with 5 Aleph Safe documents. No card is needed to start, and there is one trial per organisation.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account becomes read-only. Nothing is owed, nothing is charged automatically and nothing is deleted. Choose a plan to create or change documents again.
Monthly or annual?
Either. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Prices are in rand. Aleph Safe (Pty) Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
How can I pay?
By card through Paystack, on a recurring subscription, or by direct EFT.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. If Aleph is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, with no reason needed. It applies once per company, to a first subscription. Access ends when the refund is requested; your data is not deleted.
Who counts as a seat?
Anyone who writes documents or captures data: an owner or an author. Viewers, who only read dashboards, registers, reports and documents, are free and unlimited on every plan.
14 days is long enough to know.
